This training course aims to give trainees knowledge and understanding in equality and diversity and allows trainees to view realistic scenes and be tested on their knowledge retention. Workplace diversity occurs in every organisation. Diversity occurs in many forms including race, gender, ethnic group, age, personality, the way people think, tenure, organisational function, educational background, beliefs and more. Diversity impacts how people perceive themselves and those around them, which in turn affect their interactions. Being treated with respect, dignity and without prejudice or bias is a basic human right that everyone deserves. This training course aims
to help you manage equality in your diverse workplace, and is suitable for persons at all levels.
