This training course aims to give trainees knowledge and understanding in food preparation for industry and allows trainees to view realistic scenes and be tested on their knowledge retention. Food is an essential part of life. It can be a form of expression, a focus for recreation, and above all nourishment. But how we prepare our food, will determine the degree of which our food is safe to eat. Unfortunately, not all food preparation adheres to proper food practices. Be it down to a lack of knowhow – or a complete disregard for food hygiene; failing to respect safe food requirements, can result in some dangerous and life threatening situations. This training course aims to help diminish the potential for hazards and mishaps when preparing food in your workplace.
