How is this qualification structured?
The qualification is made up of four mandatory units:
• Unit 1 Written and verbal communication skills
• Unit 2 Punctuation, spelling and grammar
• Unit 3 Writing in different styles and layouts
• Unit 4 Finding information from documents
How is it assessed?
Once you are enrolled, you will access online lessons that will improve your specific areas for development and practice your skills. Once you have completed these, you will take an exam.
